Spring concert in sunny Gothenburg

Yesterday Dolce Trio played a lunch concert at St Andrews church with great success. Gothenburg was apparently in spring mode (16° C and sunny) which suited our concert theme - Spring Fever and Love Dreams - very well. Special thanks to Per-Ove and Gisela for making this concert happen and their warm welcome. We really enjoyed performing in this beautiful church.

Lunch concert in St Andrews Church on Friday

For all of you who happens to be in and around Gothenburg area on Friday you just can´t miss our fantastic lunch concert in St Andrews Church called "Vårkänslor och Kärleksdrömmar" - (something about spring and love :)

 We will perform Våren (Spring) by Grieg, Walz of the Flowers by Tchajkovsky, Elgars Salut d´Amour and many many more. Bea, who is our computer wizard, made these two beautiful posters:

Upgraded website and recording sessions

 Bea has done a fantastic job upgrading our website. Some of the new improvements includes a selection of our repertoire and updated bios. The website is now also translated into both swedish and english. Special thanks to Mr Quinlan who informed us that "mingle music" don´t exist as an expression in english. This means that you from now on get music to your mingle/gathering ONLY in swedish :)

After two sets of recording sessions last week we have 25 music samples (!) of our most famous and popular pieces. 12 of them are already on the website and 13 more to come during the week.

Wedding Fair

Dolce Trio performed at the 2012 Wedding Fair in Eriksbergshallen, Göteborg last weekend. We played our hits, talked to a lot of people, handed out flyers and made new contacts.

Dolce trio in spring mode

Christmas is hardly over, but Dolce Trio is already in spring mode! Our first rehearsal 2012 started off with 7 new arrangements, and a lot more is to come.

Dolce Trio´s homecoming concert was a great success last thursday. In a relaxed environment Dolce Trio performed pieces from the cruise repertoire, answered questions about the experience and showed pictures from our "Epic" adventure. It´s great to be back home!
